01:20 PM EDT, 05/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Siebert Financial ( SIEB ) unit Gebbia Media acquired rock music label Big Machine Rock from Big Machine Label Group for an undisclosed amount, the company said Wednesday.

As part of the deal, Big Machine Label Group founder Scott Borchetta will continue to oversee operations and will join the advisory board of Siebert Financial ( SIEB ).

The music label's roster includes Daughtry, Badflower, Sammy Hagar, Olive Vox and Ryan Perdz, among others. The company said artists currently signed to Big Machine Rock will remain part of the roster.
