Sienna Files Final Short Form Prospectus For $125 Million Bought Deal Equity Financing

01:44 PM EDT, 08/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sienna Senior Living ( LWSCF ) on Friday said it filed a final short form prospectus in connection with a previously announced equity financing of $125 million.

The Final Prospectus qualifies the distribution of 8.34-million shares at $15.00 each and up to an additional 1.25 million shares at the same price, as the over-allotment option. The financing is expected to close about August 28.

Part of the proceeds will fund the $15 million equity purchase price to acquire the remaining 30% ownership interest in Nicola Lodge in B.C.

Sienna was last seen up $0.16 to $15.23 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
