Sify Infinit Spaces files Draft Red Herring Prospectus in India

CHENNAI, India, Oct. 17, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sify Infinit Spaces Limited (“SISL”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sify Technologies Limited ( SIFY ) (“Sify”), publicly filed a draft red herring prospectus on October 17, 2025 with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, BSE Limited, and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, in connection with its proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO) of equity shares of face value ₹10 each (“Equity Shares”).

The proposed Offer comprises a fresh issue of Equity Shares aggregating up to ₹25,000 million (₹2,500 crores) and an offer for sale of Equity Shares aggregating up to ₹12,000 million (₹1,200 crores) by certain existing and eligible shareholders of the Company (together, the “Offer”). The Offer is subject to receipt of requisite regulatory approvals, market conditions, and other applicable considerations.
