12:52 PM EDT, 10/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sify Technologies' ( SIFY ) Sify Infinit Spaces unit said Friday it filed a draft red herring prospectus with India's share market regulator and the national stock exchange for a 37 billion Indian Rupees ($420.5 million) initial public offering.

The offering comprises 25 billion rupees of new shares and 12 billion rupees of shares from certain existing shareholders, the company said.

The IPO is subject to customary regulatory approvals, according to a statement.

Sify Technologies ( SIFY ) shares were up more than 10% in recent trading.
