07:49 AM EDT, 05/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sigma Lithium ( SGML ) , a global lithium producer, late on Wednesday said its first quarter Ebitda more than tripled despite weaker lithium pricing.
For the three months ended March 31, ebitda surged to US$10 million, the company said in a preview of its quarter financial results. Revenue rose 28% compared with the same period last year to US$47.7 million. The company expects to have posted an ebitda margin of 21%.
The company expects to release its full first-quarter financial and operating results after the close of trading on May 14.
U.S.-listed shares of the company were last seen down 0.4% at $7.00 in pre-market trading.
