11:48 AM EST, 11/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SigmaTron International ( SGMA ) appointed Frank Cesario as chief financial officer, effective Nov. 11.

James Reiman resigned as CFO, effective Nov. 8, citing personal reasons, the company said Thursday in a regulatory filing.

Cesario, 55, previously served as chief executive officer and acting CFO of Yunhong Green CTI ( YHGJ ) .
