Sila Realty Trust Acquires Fort Smith Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility for $28.3 Million

10:24 AM EDT, 07/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sila Realty Trust ( SILA ) said Monday it has bought an inpatient rehabilitation facility in Fort Smith, Arkansas, for about $28.3 million.

The 50-bed facility was built in 2021 and is leased to Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital, the trust said. The facility offers rehabilitation to those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
