08:43 AM EDT, 08/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sila Realty Trust ( SILA ) said Monday it has completed its $16.2 million acquisition of two medical outpatient buildings in Southlake, Texas.

The acquisition includes a gastroenterology center, currently leased to GI Alliance, and an ambulatory surgery center, leased to a joint venture between a partnership involving Baylor Scott & White Health and United Surgical Partners International, and a group of physicians, Sila said.
