04:56 PM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Silgan Holdings ( SLGN ) said late Wednesday it has priced a private offering of 600 million euros ($699.7 million) of 4.25% senior notes due 2031 at par of their principal amount.

Silgan ( SLGN ) said it plans to use the net proceeds to repay its revolving loans and for general corporate purposes.
