Silicon Motion Technology Appoints Interim CFO

11:22 AM EDT, 04/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Silicon Motion Technology ( SIMO ) said Thursday it has appointed Jason Tsai as interim chief financial officer, succeeding Riyadh Lai, who will be stepping down as CFO.

Both changes are effective immediately, the company said.

Tsai currently serves as the company's vice president of investor relations and finance.

Silicon Motion ( SIMO ) said it has begun a search process for the permanent CFO.
