Silicon Motion Technology Launches SM2322 Single-Chip Controller

11:47 AM EDT, 05/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Silicon Motion Technology ( SIMO ) said Wednesday it has launched its SM2322 single-chip controller for high-density portable solid-state drives.

The company said the new SM2322 controller will support up to 8 terabytes of storage and data transfer rates of 20 gigabits per second for storing and accessing large amounts of content .

Silicon Motion Technology ( SIMO ) said SM2322 is under sampling to multiple customers and is set for mass production by mid-year.
