09:26 AM EST, 01/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Silo Pharma ( SILO ) shares were up 78% ahead of Wednesday's opening bell after the company said it has received a notice of allowance from the US Patent and Trademark Office for a patent application relating to its SPC-15 intranasal treatment targeting post-traumatic stress disorder.

The company said it expects to formally receive a patent in the next 90 days.

Silo said it has a license deal with Columbia University to further develop, produce, and commercialize SPC-15 globally.
