04:30 PM EDT, 03/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Silvaco ( SVCO ) said Chief Financial Officer Ryan Benton resigned, effective April 11, to pursue a career opportunity outside of the semiconductor design industry.

Keith Tainsky, who leads financial planning and analysis, will be interim CFO, and Chief Executive Officer Babak Taheri will be principal financial officer and principal accounting officer on an interim basis, the company said Friday in a statement.

Silvaco ( SVCO ) plans to hire a search firm to assist in finding Benton's replacement.

The company reaffirmed March 5 guidance for fiscal Q1 and the full year and is set to report Q1 results on May 7.
