11:40 AM EST, 11/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Silvaco ( SVCO ) said Monday it settled all outstanding issues related to its prior litigation with former Nangate shareholders.

As part of the settlement agreement, the Court of Appeal reversed previous verdicts against Silvaco ( SVCO ) for fraud and breach of contract, and all claims between the parties have been dismissed, the company said.

Silvaco ( SVCO ) added that it remains committed to advancing its semiconductor design technologies and continuing to serve customers worldwide.

Shares of Silvaco ( SVCO ) were up 3% in recent trading.
