11:59 AM EDT, 10/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Silver Tiger Metals ( SLVTF ) Tuesday said it closed around C$28.77 million bought deal offering of common shares of the company with a syndicate of underwriters.
The company sold an aggregate of about 39.96 million shares at a price of $0.72 each.
The syndicate of underwriters was led by Stifel Nicolaus Canada, as sole bookrunner, and Desjardins Capital Markets as co-lead underwriters.
The company plans to use the proceeds of the offering to fund exploration and development expenditures at its El Tigre Project in Mexico, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.
The company said that the offering was completed by way of short form prospectus in each of the provinces of Canada, except Quebec, and outside of Canada in accordance with applicable securities laws.
The company's shares were last seen down 6.3% to $0.74 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
