Silver Viper Completes Acquisition of Cimarron Project in Mexico

08:36 AM EDT, 06/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Silver Viper Minerals ( VIPRF ) over the weekend said it has completed the acquisition of the Cimarron project in Sinaloa, Mexico, in exchange for 9 million shares at a deemed price of $0.20 each.

Cimarron is a property hosting a gold-copper system, a statement noted.
