02:18 PM EST, 11/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Silver Viper Minerals ( VIPRF ) on Friday said it upsized a non-brokered private placement of share units to up to $15 million from $12 million.

The company said the offering now consists of up to 18.8-million units at $0.80 apiece. Closing of the offering is expected on or about Dec. 10.

Silver Viper said other terms of the offering, initially announced on Nov. 18, remain unchanged.

Shares of the company were last seen down $0.01 to $0.94 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
