03:07 PM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Silver47 Exploration ( AAGAF ) was at last look down 10% on Tuesday after amending an agreement and increasing the size of its previously announced brokered private placement offering to up to near 28.6 million units at $0.70 apiece, for gross proceeds of up to $20 million, from $14 million earlier.
A statement noted that each unit will be comprised of one common share and and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant shall be exercisable to acquire one common share at a price of $1.00 each for a period of 36 months from the closing of the Offering.
The company said it intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering for further exploration work on the company's projects and for general working capital purposes.
The company has also granted the agents an option to increase the size of the offering by up to $3 million, on certain terms. Closing of the offering is expected on or about September 16.
Shares of the company were last seen down $0.075 at $0.695 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
