Silvercorp Metals Appoints Winnie Wang as Interim Chief Financial Officer

08:53 AM EST, 11/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Silvercorp Metals ( SVM ) Wednesday said Derek Liu has retired from his position as chief financial officer, but will continue to provide assistance during a transition period in a consulting capacity.

The company has appointed Winnie Wang as interim chief financial officer, effective immediately. Wang was most recently chief financial officer of Silvercorp's China operations.

Silvercorp shares are up $0.12, to $6.84, in New York trading.
