Silvercrest Asset Management Board Approves $12 Million Share Repurchase Program

04:34 PM EDT, 08/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Silvercrest Asset Management Group ( SAMG ) said Friday its board has approved a repurchase program to buy back up to $12 million of its Class A shares over the next 12 months.

The shares were up nearly 1% in extended trading.
