05:45 PM EDT, 04/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Silynxcom ( SYNX ) said late Wednesday it has closed its public offering of 1.29 million shares at $2.25 apiece, raising about $2.9 million for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Silynxcom ( SYNX ) said it granted its underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 193,500 additional shares. ThinkEquity was the sole book-running manager.

Shares of the company were up over 3% in after-hours activity.
