Similarweb Closes $27.5 Million Secondary Stock Offering

11:17 AM EDT, 09/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Similarweb ( SMWB ) reported Monday the completion of a secondary public offering of 3.5 million of the company's shares by a certain selling stockholder priced at $7.85 per share for gross proceeds of about $27.5 million.

The selling shareholder has granted a 30-day overallotment option to acquire up to 525,000 additional shares.

The company said it did not receive any proceeds from the offering.

Similarweb ( SMWB ) shares were down 1% in recent trading.

Price: 8.08, Change: -0.09, Percent Change: -1.04
