07:38 AM EDT, 09/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Similarweb ( SMWB ) said Tuesday its Chief Financial Officer Jason Schwartz will be leaving after a decade with the company, and a search for a new finance chief has been initiated.

Schwartz will remain in his role until his departured or until a replacement has been found to ensure a smooth transition, the company said.

Schwartz is leaving to pursue other opportunities, Similarweb ( SMWB ) said.
