Simon Property Gets $3.5 Billion Revolving Credit Facility

04:35 PM EDT, 09/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Simon Property ( SPG ) said Thursday its majority-owned operating partnership unit Simon Property Group ( SPG ) has amended and extended a $3.5 billion revolving credit facility.

The facility, together with the company's existing $5 billion senior unsecured credit facility totals $8.5 billion of total revolving credit capacity, the company said.

The loan matures on Jan. 31, 2029, and can be extended to Jan. 31, 2030.
