03:56 PM EDT, 05/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Simply Better Brands ( SBBCF ) on Friday said it entered into an advisory services agreement with Clarus Securities to provide capital markets advisory services to the company.

Clarus has worked with the company since February in connection with the suspension of the company's PureKana unit, and agreed to continue to provide capital markets advisory services to the company.

The company has agreed pay to Clarus a $0.25-million fee, withy $225,000 will be paid in cash, and $25,000 will be paid with 600,000 one-year warrants to purchase the company's shares for $0.51.
