05:18 AM EDT, 08/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Simpson Manufacturing ( SSD ) said Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Brian Magstadt is planning to retire, effective Dec. 31.

Magstadt joined the company in 2004 and has served as the company's CFO and treasurer since 2012.

The company said it has started the search for a new CFO, which will consist of both internal and external candidates.
