Simpson Manufacturing Q1 EPS, Net Sales Decrease

04:47 PM EDT, 04/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Simpson Manufacturing ( SSD ) reported Q1 earnings late Monday of $1.77 per diluted share, down from $2.05 a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.92.

Net sales for the quarter ended March 31 were $530.6 million, down from $534.4 million a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $544.9 million.

Simpson shares fell more than 10% in after-hours trading.
