Simulations Plus Reports Preliminary Fiscal Q3 Revenue; Lowers Fiscal 2025 Revenue Outlook; Shares Fall After Hours

05:00 PM EDT, 06/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Simulations Plus ( SLP ) said Wednesday it expects to report fiscal Q3 revenue between $19 million and $20 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $22.8 million.

The company also said it now expects fiscal 2025 revenue between $76 million and $80 million. The previous full-year revenue outlook was between $90 million and $93 million.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $90.3 million.

The company's shares were falling past 13% in recent after-hours activity.
