03:03 PM EDT, 07/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sinclair (SBGI) said Tuesday it has acquired the non-licensed assets of WDKA-TV in Paducah, Kentucky, and KBSI-TV in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, with an option to take over all licensed assets of the stations.

Sinclair said it will provide WDKA and KBSI with services including programming, technical, and management.
