10:30 AM EDT, 03/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sinclair (SBGI) said Monday that Chief Financial Officer Lucy Rutishauser will retire after her successor is named and assumes the role.

The company said the search for the successor is expected to start "shortly," with internal and external candidates to be considered.

Rutishauser is expected to be a senior advisor to the company after her retirement, Sinclair said.
