05:03 PM EDT, 07/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Singular Genomics Systems ( OMIC ) late Monday said it has regained compliance with Nasdaq Stock Market rules requiring to maintain a minimum close bid price of $1 a share.

Nasdaq notified the genetic sequencing and spatial multiomics company in July 2023 that its share price fell below the required $1 minimum bid price. It executed a 1-for-30 reverse stock split on June 26.
