09:41 AM EST, 12/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Singular Genomics Systems ( OMIC ) said Monday it has agreed to be acquired by an affiliate of Deerfield Management for $20 per share in cash.

The company said the deal, slated to close in H1 2025, is subject to a shareholder vote, among other closing conditions.

Shares of the company were down 1.9% in recent early Monday trading.
