12:25 PM EST, 01/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Singularity Future Technology ( SGLY ) said Friday it priced a registered direct offering of 700,000 common shares at $1.63 per share for gross proceeds of about $1.1 million.

The offering is expected to close on or about Jan. 27, the company said.

The company's shares fell nearly 39% in recent trading.
