09:20 AM EDT, 09/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sintx Technologies ( SINT ) said Thursday that it has completed a $3.1 million offering of nearly 596,000 shares priced at-the-market of $5.23 apiece.

After first paying underwriter discounts and other offering expenses, the ceramics company received $3.1 million in net proceeds, which will be used for general corporate purposes, including capital projects and working capital as well as funding potential acquisitions and other business opportunities.

Sintx ( SINT ) shares recently were climbing more than 1% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
