Sionna Therapeutics' Q3 Net Loss Narrows

09:24 AM EST, 11/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sionna Therapeutics ( SION ) reported a Q3 net loss Wednesday of $0.46 per diluted share, narrower than a loss of $5.67 a year earlier.

Weighted-average diluted shares outstanding totaled 44.3 million in the quarter ended Sept. 30, up from 4.5 million a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.48.

As expected, no revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was reported.

As of Sept. 30, the company said it had $325 million in cash and or cash equivalents on hand, and expected it could fund operations through 2028.
