SIR Royalty Income Fund's Q4 Profit Rises, Pooled Revenue Drops

07:17 AM EDT, 03/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SIR Royalty Income Fund (SRV-UN.TO), which fell 2.4% to 52-week lows yesterday, overnight Thursday reported fourth-quarter earnings of $11.3 million, or $1.21 per diluted unit, up from $7.8 million, or $0.84 per diluted unit, a year earlier.

Pooled Revenue generated by SIR Corp. for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2023, was $64.7 million, down from $64.9 million a year earlier.

Royalty income to Partnership - 6% of pooled revenue for Q4 was $3.9 million, consistent with the year-ago quarter.

Royalty Pooled Restaurants in Q4 and the year-ago quarter were 51.
