Sirios Resources Seeks $2.5 Million in Non-Brokered Private Placement of Units

10:27 AM EDT, 07/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sirios Resources ( SIREF ) on Wednesday said it plans to raise up to $2.5 million in a non-brokered private placement of units.

The offering will include a maximum of approximately 41.66 million units at $0.06 each. Each unit will be made up of one common share of the corporation and one two-year common share purchase warrant to buy one common share at $0.12 apiece.

The proceeds from the sale of the units will be primarily used as working capital related to general and administrative expenses, infrastructure improvements, and other exploration activities.

The offering has been conditionally approved by the TSX Venture Exchange but remains subject to the final approval.

Sirios Resources' ( SIREF ) shares were last seen down $0.005 to $0.07 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
