01:40 PM EDT, 04/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SiriusPoint ( SPNT ) said Thursday it has priced its cash tender offer for its $400 million of 4.6% senior notes due 2026.

The company said it is offering $1,000 per $1,000 principal amount of securities validly tendered and accepted for purchase.

The offer will expire April 19, unless extended or earlier terminated by the company.

Shares of SiriusPoint ( SPNT ) were up more than 1% in recent trading.
