SiriusPoint Shares Rise After Secondary Share Offering, Buyback

10:38 AM EST, 02/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SiriusPoint ( SPNT ) shares rose 2.1% in recent Wednesday, a day after the company priced a secondary stock offering and announced an equity repurchase.

The offering of 4.11 million shares by entities associated with Daniel Loeb priced at $14 apiece and is expected to close Thursday., SiriusPoint ( SPNT ) said Tuesday in a statement.

SiriusPoint ( SPNT ) also agreed to repurchase 500,000 shares from the offering and to cancel them.

Price: 14.90, Change: +0.31, Percent Change: +2.13
