BEACHWOOD, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

SITE Centers Corp. ( SITC ) announced today the sale of Parker Pavilions (Parker, CO) for approximately $8.4 million, prior to closing costs, prorations and other closing adjustments. A portion of net proceeds was used to repay approximately $6.1 million of mortgage debt.
