SITE Centers Q2 Operating Funds From Operations, Revenue Fall

08:48 AM EDT, 07/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SITE Centers ( SITC ) reported Q2 operating funds from operations Tuesday of $0.27 per diluted share, down from $0.29 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.24.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $114.1 million, down from $136.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $113.6 million.
