SITE Centers' Q3 Update Shows $552.7 Million Property Sales, $88 Million Shopping Center Acquisitions

05:13 PM EDT, 08/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SITE Centers ( SITC ) said late Thursday it has sold 11 wholly owned properties for a total of $552.7 million and acquired four convenience shopping centers for a total of $88 million since the start of Q3.

SITE Centers ( SITC ) said it has no outstanding unsecured debt after redeeming all senior unsecured notes in August.
