04:56 PM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SITE Centers ( SITC ) said late Monday it sold Edgewater Towne Center property in New Jersey for $53.5 million, before closing costs, prorations and other adjustments.

The company said no proceeds were used to repay mortgage debt.

The property consisted of about 76,000 square feet of gross leasable retail area and 64 residential rental units, the company added.
