04:57 PM EDT, 06/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SITE Centers ( SITC ) said Tuesday it sold The Promenade at Brentwood in Brentwood, Missouri, for $71.6 million and Chapel Hills West in Colorado Springs, Colorado, for $23.7 million, both before closing costs, prorations, and other closing adjustments.

Part of the net proceeds were used to repay $13.9 million of mortgage debt, the company said.

The company also said its board declared a special cash distribution of $1.50 per share, payable July 15 to shareholders of record on June 30.
