SiTime in Talks With Renesas Over Potential Acquisition of Timing Business

05:53 AM EST, 02/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SiTime ( SITM ) said Tuesday it is in discussions with Renesas Electronics about a possible acquisition of Renesas' timing business.

The company said no agreement has been reached and there is no assurance that the talks will lead to a transaction or on what terms.

SiTime ( SITM ) said it does not plan to comment further unless required.
