SiTime Starts $350 Million Follow-on Public Share Offering

04:27 PM EDT, 06/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SiTime ( SITM ) commenced a follow-on public offering of $350 million in common shares.

Underwriters are expected to receive a 30-day option to buy up to an additional $52.5 million in shares, the company said Tuesday in a statement.

SiTime ( SITM ) shares fell 3.2% in after-hours trading.
