Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.05.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $145.7 million, down from $168.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $141.4 million.

Sitio said it has discontinued providing guidance due to the pending merger with Viper Energy (VNOM).

The company declared a quarterly dividend of $0.36, compared with $0.35 per share paid in May. The dividend is payable Aug. 19 to holders of record Aug. 14.
