01:17 PM EST, 11/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sitka Gold ( SITKF ) on Wednesday said it signed an agreement with Kluane Drilling to complete up to 30,000 meters of diamond drilling next year at its RC Gold Project in the Yukon.

The company said the program will be the largest drilling campaign ever conducted at the RC Gold property. It is expected to focus on follow-up drilling at the Rhosgobel and Pukelman intrusion targets and further expand drilling at the Blackjack gold deposit.

Sitka is fully funded to complete the planned work program at RC Gold in 2025.

The company's shares were last seen up $0.005 to $0.37 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
