Six Flags Entertainment Prices $850 Million Senior Notes Offering

04:09 PM EDT, 04/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Six Flags Entertainment ( SIX ) said Thursday that the company and its Six Flags Theme Parks unit priced $850 million offering of 6.625% senior secured notes due 2032.

Closing of the offering is slated on or about, May 2, according to the company.

Six Flags said net proceeds from the offering will repay existing loans as well as a portion of Six Flags Theme Parks' outstanding 7% Senior Secured Notes due July 1, 2025.
