Six Flags Entertainment, Unit Propose $850 Million Debt Offering

04:59 PM EDT, 04/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Six Flags Entertainment ( SIX ) and its subsidiary Six Flags Theme Parks proposed a private offering of up to $850 million of senior secured notes due 2032, the company said Tuesday.

The company plans to use the net proceeds towards existing loans and general corporate purposes.
